Payment Information
Individual Projects
I require 50 percent of the total estimated fee upfront prior to beginning your work, and 50 percent upon completion. (I will consider payments for longer projects or ongoing work).
I let you know when your work is nearly complete and your payment balance due. Since I work closely with each client, I typically contact you either by email or telephone. Once I receive your final payment, I mail out two CDs of your completed work and email you the Word or pdf files or both, depending on your preferences and needs.
Ongoing Accounts
If you or your organization expect to need my services on a continuing basis, we can set up a running account where I bill you for the total page count each month. This simplifies payment and lets you avoid minimum charges for individual documents.
Accepted Forms of Payment
All charges are in U.S. dollars. You can pay by cashier's check, or money order (made out to C.L. Stewart). I also accept PayPal.

Note: Questions about signing up for PayPal or other issues with PayPal accounts should be directed to PayPal customer service. Signing up for a PayPal account is very easy. It's just a matter of providing your credit card or bank information. I've used PayPal for years and I find their service secure and reliable both for sending and receiving money.
